On December 13, 2010, the Franklin County Board of Health changed its name to Franklin County Public Health. However, our environmental health regulations were passed prior to December 13th, 2010 so all of the language still refers to us by our old name. These regulations are still effective and can be enforced, in spite of our name change. Over the course of this year we will update these regulations to be consistent with our new name.
